As Vice President of the Property Management Division, Jim is directly responsible for operations of Weiler Management Company which manages numerous commercial and residential properties associated with both The Robert Weiler Company and Third-Party Clients. He has specialized in both commercial and residential property management, leasing and sales since 1999.
Born and raised in Findlay, Ohio, Jim attended Owens Community College in 2000 studying Business Administration and Hospitality and started his career managing hotels then in 2004, he relocated to Columbus to expand into Property Management. He then attended Hondros College of Real Estate and became a licensed Realtor. Jim brings with him experience in all aspects of Property Management and Real Estate– ranging from new construction design, sales and leasing, budget creation, rehabilitation projects, construction supervision and new build lease-ups.
Jim often volunteers at The Cancer Support Community of Central Ohio. In his free time. he enjoys both interior and exterior design and flipping houses. He is an active member of the Columbus Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors, Columbus Realtors and IREM.

Rita Neff is the Senior Property Manager. She assists with the day to day operations of the Property Management division. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Rita has based her entire career around customer service and helping others achieve their goals. Growing up working in a family-owned restaurant, as well as being a Mother, Rita tends to treat everyone like family. Shortly after earning her associate degree in Criminal Justice, Rita entered the profession of Property Management. The diversity of the field is what has kept her motivated and eager to learn for over 12 years and obtain her Ohio Realtor License. Rita enjoys spending time with her family and often volunteers with her children’s sporting events and is even President of the Athletic Boosters Club at her children's school . Rita’s personality and experience are a great fit with The Robert Weiler Company.

Walter's career in property management began in 2014 and since then he has gained experience in leasing, maintenance management, and project oversight. Over the years, Walter has also honed his skills in helping manage a diverse portfolio, including single-family homes, multi-family units, and commercial properties. Walter loves the diversity of Columbus as well as the food scene, and the opportunities for professional growth. He attended Columbus State Community College studying Real Estate and Marketing. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a devoted father of two children and also enjoys attending sporting events, listening to podcasts, and playing basketball.
